Perception expander may help you read faster.
First, enable it in the Reader settings(see: How do I customize the Reader?).
Once enabled, two vertical lines will appear on either side of the Reader.
To optimize your reading speed further,
adjust the padding to create less space around the center.
To use it, focus on the center of the screen while
allowing your peripheral vision to pick up the text on the sides.
As you read, maintain your focus on the center without directly
looking at the sides after each line.
